These are my language combinations…

    • English -> Swedish
    • Swedish -> English
    • Italian -> Swedish
    • Italian -> English

…and this is how we do it:

    • You send me the relevant source texts and also the reference material pertaining to it, if applicable.
    • I send you an offer based on the word count of the source text and a timeline for the delivery. I may also say No to the project if I feel it is outside of my field of expertise. For bigger projects ( > 10.000 words) I will ask for an advance partial payment.
    • After the offer is accepted and an advance partial payment is done (if applicable) I set to work.
    • At delivery of the project, this may either be the end of the project or the translation may be sent on to your local team for reviewing and then back to me for updates.
    • My invoice will be sent to you after the project has been finalized.
